Okay so as you can all see I've changed up my blog template. Wanted something a bit darker for the change of season. And it just seems to fit me now. Anywoo, I am in the mood for more changes...Sooooo

I'm coming out of the closet. lol, no not THAT closet, silly. Just keep reading....

When I first started this blog, I was new to anything blog related. I didn't really even want a personal blog. I was just going to be posting book reviews with the other Sanctuary's Finest girls. But they insisted, and I admit now to getting sucked into Blogland and loving it.

I had a 'fake' name because the other girls did and I didn't think twice about it. At the time I wasn't so sure that I wanted my kids names and husbands on here. I don't know why, except at the time it felt like a privacy thing.

But it's gotten to be a bit much. With making my husband JD my son J and daughter A. So let me reintroduce them all to you. My husband is Josh (I got JD cause his middle name starts with a D), my son's name is Jordon, and my daughter is Abigail (we call her that and Abby). And I........am Nicole.

I have always gone by the name Nicole and nothing else. Actually my grandmom and a few aunts and cousins and uncles, oh forget it EVERYONE on my dad's side calls me Nikki. But it just seems to fit cause they're on my Puerto Rican side and with the accent they say it with it flowed. But nobody else.

I've always liked the way it is spelled though, Nikki. So when I started to hang on the net on message boards I used Nikki as a sign on. I mean I wasn't talking to these people just typing with them so it wouldn't sound strange being called Nikki. Oh was I wrong. A few months after posting on this one message board me and Holly started to IM then we talked on the phone a few times. It was so weird at first but now I am finally used to her and my other friends calling me Nikki. So what do you all call me? Whatever you want. I get called Nikki by lots of online friends, Nicks by Holly and Dylan and Nicole by everyone else.

Quick side story real quick. One of the first times Holly called me Josh answered the phone and she asked to speak to Nikki. Well like I said, nobody calls me that, so he said sorry you have the wrong number. She thought he was joking with her and laughed it off.....till she heard the dial tone. LMAO!!! Then when I told him that it was a friend and she calls me that he was all "WHY?". ha ha.

So this is it. I'm Nicole or whatever else you call me. Just not mean names. I don't consider Bitch a mean name just for the record. lol....

So what do you think???

(My kids a gorgeous yes, but I'm still not comfortable with posting their pictures yet. But we'll see what the future holds on that note. But if your ever interested in their funny stories go to the side bar and click on some of the J&A Moments.)

Edited portion: Don't get your hopes up it really isn't a big deal. The only real reason I have that may have played a part in my name and all coming out is all the shit that went down last week. Most of you know, Drake if you don't ask and I'll give you links, about all the drama. And then there was a million people posting as Anon, which has always annoyed me. Then I was trying to stand up for myself but I was known as one person there and a different one here. Also when I email, friends from blogland, authors about books, and anything else I have to explain that I am in fact NOT Jazz but Nicole. And on and on. It just seems to be a lot easier to be just me. And I also now feel a lot more comfortable with all of you, and therefore don't mind putting myself out there. So there it is. Good Drake? lol.
