WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

As you all know today was Abby's birthday so Carrie, my best friend, came over for the day. She lives in Delaware so she came to both of the parties we had today (kids, and family).

Well on her way home she was listening to the radio to keep herself awake and decided what the hell let me call in to see if I win. They were giving away the last two tickets they had for a concert.

She never wins.

SHE FREAKING WON!!!!!

She was caller 102 and won 2 tickets to see CRISTINA AGULARA!!!!! And the Pussy Cat Dolls will be there too. AND SHE'S TAKING ME!!!!! It's this Tuesday! I am so freaking siked out of this world!!!!!!!!!!

So who wants to be me on Tuesday...ha ha. This will be my first concert I've ever gone to. I am so excited!!!!

Oh and Abby's Birthday was great, she got a ton of Tinker Bell stuff. The girl is obsessed with Tink. lol.

Whadaya think?

I really have no reason for this post. I just wanted to post this scary picture of me. lol. So here you have it. Whadaya thing? I like this new word I put together, wadaya. lol. I'm gonna use it alot, whadaya think about that? heee heee.

Hmmm, what else? Oh wadaya know? I don't think I told anyone yet that we are moving in with my in laws for a bit. Just so we can save some money for a house. It is seriously impossible to save as you pay outrageous rent. And our rent is decent compared to everything else in our area. But still. I'm crossing my fingers cause they found a place that would be perfect for all of us, and plenty big. But the guy is worried with so many people there will be to much wear and tear on the place. But all he has to do is go look at my MIL place now, it's immaculate 24/7! There is nothing to worry about. So send all your best my way.

*******************************************************

Yesterday I was driving my crazy kids to the library. I had to run to drop something off at someones house and they weren't home yet, so I decided to wait there. Anyway they were fighting and yelling and I was listening to an audio book, and I kinda dazed out. Yup, I just was like looking at the road thinking 'is this it?' Screaming kids, library, audio-books, feeling fat and gross. Ick. I really wasn't liking myself or my life yesterday. I just wanted to cry.

*******************************************************

Yesterday my mother in law asked my daughter what she wanted for her birthday and she said a bra! WHAT? LOL. My father in law snaps out 'you don't need that yet, pick something else' while my son is asking what a bra is and Josh is telling him he doesn't need to know. lol.

Which reminded me of the other day when me and Abby were in the mall. We walked past a nail salon and she asked what they did there. When I told her she asked if she can get nails and I said when she's bigger. She says 'big like you?' after I said yes she said 'when I get big like you, will I get boobies too?'. She's obsessed! I had to stop myself from saying 'lets hope a little bigger than mine.' lol.

Oh and last but not least.....how bout when we were at Target she points to a leopard print skirt and says 'look mommy it's like your booby holder.' I wanted to die, there were a ton of people around. Ugggg......

How many people came to your wedding reception? About 200

What kind of cake did you serve? Do you know I don't even remember what kind of cake it was inside? Like I know it wasn't chocolate or anything, but I don't remember if it had filling (I think it did) or anything, I just remember my Grandmom made it, it was delicious (so everyone says), and it was soooooo freaking gorgeous. It had white rolled fondant icing, and yellow and white Daisey's all over it (fresh).

Where was your wedding? Cerimoney at our church, and the reception was at a hall.

What did you serve for your meal? Basic reception food but I don't really remember. It was buffet style. And there was a lot of it. Hey my family is Italian and Puerto Rican, there's no other way to do it.

Most special moment of your wedding day? When everything was finally over!

Any funny moments? Oh how bout when I was leaving my house to go to the church and my aunt stopped by. She wanted to see my garter belt so I lifted my dress to show her and these guys rode by and cat called out their window. lol.

Any big disasters? I was getting dressed and realized that I left my ... what is it called? the puffy skirted slip thing that makes your dress puffy? Well that, I left it at Josh and my new condo. lol. My dad had to run and get it. I was all stressed.
Oh and how bout I have 8 aunts, all married and one uncle also married, not to mention over 20 something cousins and I totally lost it and freaked out while trying to get them all together for a family picture.

Where did you go on your honeymoon? Cancun, Mexico.

How long were you gone? I think 9 days, I can't remember exactly. lol.

Are your wedding bands engraved? No.

How old were you when you got married? I was 18 and Josh was 19. Soooo young, I know. lol.
But I love him even more now!

I'm 25 now how old are you???

Does anyone remember me telling the story about being asked to be in a wedding by a girl I only hung out with like three times and knew for a few months? Well yeah, her husband works with mine and they were obviously desperate for some friends.

But whatever long story short, they paid for everything so I was all what the hell sure I'll be in the wedding. The rest of the bridal party was from out of state so I didn't meet any of them till the day before the wedding. Let's just say it was full of camp songs from when the were kids and stories that bore me. But whatever I endured.

Then we went to the mall to buy some fun stuff for her to take on her honeymoon while she did some other wedding stuff. Her sister wanted to get her these fun panties but when I noticed the size I said they wouldn't fit. Well the sister insisted that they would and I insisted that my ass was smaller and mine wouldn't fit in them. Well to this day I have to assume this is what ended the 'friendship' I had with the bride. Cause she hasn't spoken to me since the wedding.

I bumped into her once in CVS and offered her a ride home since she walked and it had started to pour. I had to practically force her into my car. I didn't get it, till later when someone said to Josh "Oh well we didn't' know if we should invite S since Nicole will be there." Obviously I now know there is a problem. But you know what? I just don't care enough to do anything.

Sooooo (this long story short is turning out to be pretty long) to the point. When we bump into them in Target or anything her husband will stop and talk to Josh and barley ackowledge me, and she will not even stop at all. But whatever, I find it funny. And I laugh right in front of them, you want to act like a child? Go ahead.

Well last night I was working and decided to run downstairs to browse a few stores since it was so dead in the mall. When I was cutting through the food court I did a double look, yup it was them. They were standing in line to get ice cream and I laughed to myself. Why? Cause I'm a bitch, she gained weight and is so much fatter than me. lol. Little things like this make me smile.

I went into my FAVORITE store then, NY & Comp. Accessories, and was looking at the millions of purses and sunglasses I wanted to buy then left. As I walked past the Hallmark store I noticed the husband standing outside, I guess she she was inside. I didn't' even think he saw me till I looked back and saw that he was putting his head down, sipping his drink and looking at me from under his eyelashes. LIKE I COULDN'T TELL!

Really, isn't' that something you do in grade school? I looked right at him and laughed while shaking my head.

When I got back up to my store I was telling my friend J about what happened. Then I was all 'OMG look! That's them!'. J looked up and was all 'your not exaggerating, they don't like you. They are practically running past our store' yeah, I'm surprised they didn't start to sprint. lol!

******************************************************************

And just for some more fun, here is the story of my trip to get breakfast for me and a co-worker on Sunday:

"Hi, do you have a french swearl doughnut? Or something like that?"
"YES YES YOU WANT DOZEN? DOZEN OF THEM? WHAT ELSE?"
"NO! I don't want a dozen. One I want one."
"Dozen? Yes?"
"NO, listen to me! I want one! Then two Boston Cream donuts."
"That all??? No more?"
"NO! That is not all! Bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain toasted bagel with a medium coffee."
"Plain bagel okay?"
"That is what I said, yes."
"And two large coffee?"
"NO, ONE MEDIUM coffee."
"Cream sugar?"
"Yes"
"Come to window"

When I got to work and checked the order they got everything right but I had sausage instead of bacon on my bagel. Why do I ever even expect to get what I asked for? Uggg. Oh and yeah, that was Dunkin Doughnuts. lol.

Let us count the drinks...

Hmmm, before we count the drinks let me tell you that the McDonald's by my house hates me. Yup, I am so not exaggerating. Every time I go there something is wrong, either my order, or my change or something. So before me and my friend were on our way we stopped to get some food (no drinking on an empty tummy!) so I get three chicken strips, I hate nuggets cause they are like fake chicken (yuck!). What the hell happens? We pull away, rushing since we're running late, and I open my box to find what? Like a freaking million chicken nuggets! I am so not lying here! WTF! Why me? We obviously aren't turning back since we're already running late, but remember this for when I tell you I hurt someone at this place, cause this is going to simmer till I blow. lol.

Okay so we get there and I start off with a 7&7, then another, and another, then my brother gets there and I tell him "What the hell I've had three drinks, that AREN'T cheap and I don't even feel buzzed! Buy me a shot" So he did, he bought me, him, my sister and my friend one, kamikazes. My friend didn't drink her's so I drank both of ours. Later she was drinking a beer, which I hate beer but I was feeling good now, and I said "let me taste that!" yeah, I drank about half of it in one sip. So I then drank two beers, Oh and I took a few sips of Jose's drink. He was drinking straight vodka.

So is anyone surprised that I ended the night puking outside? All over my brothers Prada shoes? lol. He wasn't happy about that. Then him and my sister put my in my friends car cause I was passed out. But she couldn't drive home yet since she was still a little ummm 'impaired'.

So there you have the drinks the rest of the night was full of men stripping off their clothes (no it was not a strip club, lol) dancing, and all that other fun stuff. Oh and a hugely fat girl that was wearing a see through peasant skirt and dancing on a pole in the middle of the dance floor. Yeah, good times.

But my friends boyfriend did win. They won an all inclusive vacation to the Bahama's. Yeah baby! Oh and supposedly I was so drunk at this one time that when C (that'll be the boyfriends name) was on stage (wearing a thong with FedEx painted on his ass) this big girl grabbed his ass and I yelled to J (my friend) "she touched his ass! Hey! That's her boyfriend I'm gonna kick your ass, you don't touch her man!". J said the girl looked back all scared and J told her to turn around and she'd handle me, then she said she had to tell me that it was okay that she told that girl to do it so I would calm down. Now I remember saying that girl grabbed his ass but I don't remember threatening her, but guess I did. lol. Opps.

Then Josh called J's cell phone since mine wasn't working to check on how I was since he was in Atlantic City at a Bachlor Party. Well he was a little drunk too so when J told him I was puking and passed out he yelled at her, called my sister and yelled at her. OMG it was a mess. I did make it home though, and made it to work on time, 9:15am! I still felt drunk the next day. Ugggg.

Good times though, good times...

Take a Quiz and find out!

On the bottom of myspace it say "Are you Gay? Take a Quiz and find out NOW!" So I want to know....is it a joke or something? Am I really supposed to say "Wow I always wanted to know if I was Gay, lets find out!" Then believe whatever the Quiz says? STUPID! lol.

So I'm going out with a friend tomorrow to this contest a radio station is holding. It's called "The Sexiest Man in Uniform Contest", but they decided to extend it to the ladies too this year. lol. Should be fun. Her boyfriend is in it, he works for FedEx.

He actually doesn't want her to go, he thinks she'll get pissy and then something will get started. We (me and my friend) don't really care all that much for some of his friends. Actually that's wrong. Every woman will eventually get a little annoyed with her mans friends. Especially when the always egg him on to do immature dumb things. Right? Well that's how it is with them I guess.

It just got taken to another level when she left me a little rant on my myspace page (assuming I had it set to private, which I didn't) and one of her mans friends girlfriends saw it. My question exactly, why the hell was she snooping on my page? I don't even know the bitch. But anyway, it's caused some tension since the bitch didn't keep it to herself or just talk to my friend about it.

So long story semi short? He doesn't want it to be weird or there to be any drama. I told him (we talk) that he has nothing to worry about.....unless of course someone messes with my friend. Cause I always stand for my friends.

Should be fun....I'll let you know.

It got A LOT worse

Well after I got my keys out of my car (read here if you haven't read about that)I headed home. I needed to pack up some clothes for the kids since they were supposed to sleep at my mom's tonight, and I had an appointment to get my car inspected.

The weather outside was getting steadily worse but I never shy away from driving in anything and have never been in an accident because anything weather related. Well today was the day I guess.

As soon as I merged onto the highway I could tell it was icy, and there were cars everywhere. I had already passed two accidents. So I wasn't going fast, but as I started to move into a different lane my car started to slide.....

I totally freaked. I tried to get control of the car, I remember trying to break but then thought that would make it worse so I let up. The car just started to spin and I started to pray out loud and scream. My kids were screaming in the back seat (thank God they were in their seats) and it had to be a miracle cause I didn't' hit any other cars, it seemed like they almost disappeared during my accident.

I remember spinning out then going in the opposite direction and slamming into the guard rail and spinning again. I don't remember where I stopped just that as soon as I was done I pulled into the shoulder. I was shaking so bad and screaming to see if the kids were hurt. Jordon was crying, he hit his head on the window.

I think that was my biggest fear, what was on my mind the entire time everything was happening. I didn't' want my kids hurt or their life to end yet. I was so scared for them.

But Jordon seemed to be okay, not really a big bump or anything. So I then got out to check the damage. Well my headlight on the passenger side fell off and my front bumper was hanging on by a thread. And once I got home Josh said there was damage done to the metal under the bumper and all. NOT good.

I barley made it home since the roads were so bad and my alignment is not majorly off. But I did. I am not going to work tonight I am still really shaken.

So just pray that none of us have anything wrong. Like you know from the impact and all. My back is all tight but it might just be because I am tense from nerves. Lets hope.

~ Nicole

My moments get dumber and dumber

In all honesty this is really not my fault.

So this morning I'm sitting at the library with my daughter since it's so shitty out today and we can't be outside. Yeah, about that, it was in the 70's all this week so far then today it drops to like the 40's and is rain/sleet/snowing. It is just depressing.

But anyway. Jordon gets off the bus at 11:45 and I leave the library with JUST enough time to get home the second the bus arrives. Cause that's how smart I am, lol. Well since it's crazy out I unlocked the car, started it, then shut the door and went to open the back up to put Abby in.

It was locked! I swear I didn't lock it, how could this have happened???? I had to call Josh and have him rush home and get Jordon, thank God he works only like 5 minutes from our house.

As I am typing this my car is running outside in the parking lot and I'm in the library. I hope it doesn't' run out of gas. And also that they don't charge me.

AND the police department is right across the street from the library but they said "We can do it but it will take awhile". When I asked how long they said about an hour! Ugggg. I still have to drive out to PA today.

Oh and just so you all know, the suckiness of my life is still sucky but I'm not going to dwell on it. Nobody is dying though, and my marriage is fine. There does that rule out the worst? lol.

~ Nicole

***I didn't want to post something new, so I am just adding this now. Thank goodness the cop got it open DIDN'T break the lock AND DIDN'T charge me! I am soooo lucky! Okay now I'm out.

I just don't see the light.....

Well right now life is really sucking the big one. I am not going to get into it all but it's not good. I probably won't be around for awhile so I just wanted to post something up. Sorry....see everyone when I feel more in the mood to post. Hey it might be sooner than I think. Ya never know. Any well wishes and prayers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

America Gone Mad?

That sure as hell is the only explanation I can come up with for Haily and Sanjaya being in the top twelve and Sabrina and Sundance out. That is freaking NUTS! I don't even know what to say, I am speechless.

Well I'm not really going to write a blog now I just had to say that!

~ Nicole

I'm so not alone! American Idol Top 12

If you all remember when I did my 6 Weird Things post, my #1 thing was that I need everything balanced or even. Well Melinda Doolittle on AI last night gave it an even better name: An equal opportunist! LMAO! When she said that, mind you I'm watching it by myself this morning since I was working last night, I started to laugh so loud and I was in shock! I never heard anyone else say they do that too. This is what she said "If I chew on this side I chew on the other side, if I step on a crack with this foot I do it again with the other foot, if I touch something cold with this hand I do it with the other hand. My friends call it OCD but I call it an equal opportunist." I called Josh right away to tell him I'm not the only one anymore but he didn't answer the phone, butt head! lol. But it was a very special moment for me, like I found a long lost sister (even if she has tinnie teeth and no neck, opps.)

Anyway moving on to my real reason for this post.....MY top 12! Not saying this is what is really going to happen because America doesn't always agree with me BUT this is the way I think it should be, as of now.

BOYS:

Blake Lewis, 22
My favorite guy! I LOVE his style, I would buy his CD in a second.

Chris Richardson, 22
I also really like him, he and Blake both are very unique. And I DON'T think he is just like JT like everyone is saying. JT is so not my thing.

Phil Stacey, 29
See I don't know what I really think of him all the time. Sometimes I really like his voice and think it's really different. But then sometimes I wonder why he's there. His eyes? OMG they are great thought, haha.

Jared Cotter, 25
Now this boy can sing BUT he is soooo not smooth. lol. What was that hand down the face move he did last week. lol. He's got some work to do.

Chris Sligh, 28
I loved him in the beginning when he auditioned, now I just like him. He needs to WOW me more. Or as Randy would say he needs some YO! haha.

Sundance Head, 28
I cannot stand this boy! UGGG, yuck! The only reason he's on here is cause he has a really great voice that has definitely been showing itself more lately.

Sanjaya OMG he could have been good if he would actually sing instead of whispering his songs. Grr, and the other guy that was a background singer? I just don't like him, I think he'd be better to stay as a backgrounder. Sorry boy.

GIRLS:
Gina Glocksen, 22
Now this is my favorite girl. I know she may not have the strongest voice but she's got the most originality and I absolutely love her.

Stephenie Edwards, 19I think this girl can sing anything! She can totally pull off singing the big artists like Whitney and whoever else and do it justice.

Jordin Sparks, 17
WOW! I love this girl. I really am still not sure if I like her or Stephenie better. She is just so comfortable up on stage and she has such presence.

Sabrina Sloan, 27
I really think this girl can sing, she's great BUT she needs to get more of her own style. That's my only issue.

Melinda Doolittle, 29
See in the beginning I really didn't want to like her. Call me shallow but I couldn't get past the weird eyes and nose, tinnie teeth, and no neck. But the girl can sing! She rocks! So I'm sure she'll be staying. I especially liked her song last night.

Anotnella Barba, 20
I really think with training this girl can sing. But as of right now she's getting through on good looks or something. Sorry. But I do hope she stays so we can see what she does.

I know a lot of people are all gung ho on Lakisha but I'm just not feeling her. So I'll pass, but I sure could be wrong. I just don't see why all three judges are soooo loving her.

Side note, one of my other favorite shows is coming back soon! Dancing with the Stars!!! Wooo hooo, March 24th (or 27th) lol, I'm not sure. But I have my Tivo set to record!

Ghost Rider movie review

Grade: SUCKS!

Josh and I got tickets to go to the movies from my grandmom for Christmas and we finally used them! To bad it was on a movie that turned out to be not so great. Uggg.

I've been wanting to see Ghost Rider for awhile now, it really did look good, I should have known better (I'm not a Nicholas Cage fan). I can never really buy him as the character he's trying to be, it always seems so fake.

And the girl in the movie? I don't know her name, but she was in Hitch too. Well I just can't decide if I like her at all. I don't really think she can act all that well either.

All around the acting pretty much sucked.

Then the plot? Okay maybe those who are all into comics get it, but I am still lost. What was that list for? I still don't know! And how can The Ghost Rider be good if he sold his soul to the Devil?

You know they are going to try and make more movies out of this by the way they ended it but I just don't think this one was good enough to start.

The good? Well I saw a preview I was interested in. Spider Man 3. It looked really good. I loved the first one, but since I've heard bad reviews on the 2nd I still haven't seen it. We'll see.

Next movie to see? Premonition, with Sandra Bullock (one of my faves) and the guy Christian from Nip/Tuck (HOT! And I love the show.). And I want to see Because I Said So, but not with Josh that's for a girls night.
